Mics & Hand held Radios- absolutely not. There is no way of knowing your spit isn’t all over it.
10 Meter Radios: All sales are final. Please be certain of your purchase that it fits your needs and vehicle.
As per the manufactures:
Manufacturers of 10 meter radios/transmitters do not allow returns for any reason. 10 Meter radios are not acceptable for return and carry a factory warranty only. President, Galaxy, Connex and Stryker radios cannot be returned to us.
Warranty for 10 meter radios are handled directly (information can be found in factory user manual) by the respective manufacturer. Defective 10 Meter Radios must be returned to the manufacturer’s warranty service center. Contact the respective warranty center for technical assistance or to request a return authorization. You can also obtain information from the product user guide.
Please understand we do not make the products we sell. You can always contact the product’s manufacturer for additional support / repairs / warranty. I will do my best to see if I can assist in any way.
Service Menu Manipulation:
If you want to adventure into the world of the service engineering menu available in many radios, please understand, you are on your own. I am not indicating that you are not capable, BUT, if you insist on making changes, make sure you can get back from where it came from.
